The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. the location was also great as it was in the city center, with the shopping street right in front of the hotel. It was very convenient to reach numerous attractions like the Elevador de Santa Justa or the Time Out Market in just a short walk.

The shower controls were tricky to use and the water pressure was low, which made it difficult to have a comfortable shower. the AC in the room was underpowered and took a long time to cool down the room.

I had an amazing stay at Ferraria XVI Flh Hotels Lisboa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. In particular, Sara, who is from the Azores, gave me fantastic local restaurant recommendations. The interiors of the hotel were tasteful and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect, close to many attractions. The hotel was clean and quiet, despite being in a lively area. The staff even accommodated my husband's kiwi allergy, making a special fruit salad for him. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was a bit musty. The AC was stuck on cool and they initially ignored our request to fix it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city, tucked away on a small protected street. The location was perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants and just a short walk from all the main city attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth including in your stay. the hotel facilities were great, and we particularly loved the cleanliness of the rooms.

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Excellent location, friendly and accommodating service, good breakfast. Temporary room provided before ours was ready. Design made space cosy, comfortable bed, great double glazed windows for good sleep. Helpful staff at check-in and breakfast. Top-notch bathroom. Amazing experience, like in the pictures. Central location with shopping street and attractions nearby. Small but good breakfast buffet. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
